Fit board engaged with us at a beta stage, with the founders being executives who wanted to use the management techniques they had acquired over the years into a tech platform that would help management teams get the best out of their board. We helped them carve out their customer personas to understand who they were really targeting as early adopters, followed by a script and a demo video which explained the purpose and benefit of the app. They are our retainers and we continue to help them by engaging their target audience through content and digital webinar ideas.
